Residential Rebate Qualifications:

Rebate recipients must live in Davis, Weber, Morgan, or Summit counties. The products purchased must be installed on properties within these counties.

Applications must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Rebate applicants are encouraged to have a free water audit on their sprinkler system after installation. The audit takes about an hour and will help with proper set up and scheduling using your new irrigation controller. If you'd like to receive assistance only with setting up your controller and not participate in a water audit, you can schedule that as well.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for your completed application to be processed and your rebate check to be received.

The original receipt with rebate items purchased clearly marked must be attached. You will have an opportunity during this process to do so.

Only the products on the approved product list qualify for rebate.

Commercial Rebate Qualifications:

Entities / Applicants in Davis, Weber, Morgan or Summit counties may receive rebates for larger system smart central controllers. Smart central control allows for many zones on 1 site or several controllers with centralized control for multiple sites all operating based on local weather and site specific needs. For stand- alone small system smart controllers, application for the rebates may be made through the residential program. All products purchased must be installed on properties within these counties.

All rebate recipients are willing to submit to a District site visit or review to verify installation upon District request.

The original invoice/ sales receipt with product information clearly marked must be used for the attached proof of purchase (jpeg or pdf format). No mailed or faxed applications will be accepted.

Rebates for central control systems are per controller. If a city, HOA, large apartment complex has multiple controllers, rebate for each controller are available if converting to or upgrading current central control systems.

Low Flow and High Efficiency Toilet Rebate Qualifications:

Rebate recipients must live in Davis, Weber, Morgan, or Summit counties. The toilet(s) purchased must be installed on properties within these counties.

Applications must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for your completed application to be processed and your rebate check to be received.

Required Attachments:
A photo of the toilet before it was removed, and a photo of the new toilet installed need to be attached in this application. Also, the original receipt with toilet(s) purchased clearly marked must be attached. You will have an opportunity during this process to attach each of these items.

This program is for replacement toilets only, not new construction.
